OPINION Before the Court En Banc 1 The State appeals from the trial court's grant of Johnny Joe Acosta's ""Motion to Determine the Admissibility of Illegally Seized Evidence."" Pursuant to that motion, the trial court determined that evidence obtained pursuant to a search warrant was inadmissible. The State appeals this ruling. 2 We reverse and remand.
